You're invited:

The Great Women Portrait Party

Friday, Oct. 11th, 6-9 p.m.

The Prow Gallery on the Halifax waterfront

October is Women's History Month.

Friday, October 11th is the International Day of the Girl.

Join us at The Prow Gallery, 6-9 p.m.

in an act of art to celebrate.

Each year, we're hanging portraits of female pioneers in STEM, finance, law and medicine, to educate and inspire girls and young women:

to see training,

to see study, and

to see professions

in traditionally male-dominated domains

through the lens of female experience and accomplishment.

Come see who we are honouring in portrait this year.
